Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting my small business. Every item is handcrafted with care, intention, and high-quality natural ingredients. Because of the nature of my products and the scale of my operation, I am not able to offer full refunds.

No Full Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the natural qualities of my aromatherapy goods, candles, and ritual products, results may vary from person to person. For this reason, and because I operate on a small scale, I do not provide full refunds for any item.

Replacements for Damaged Items

I want you to be happy with your purchase, and I stand behind the quality of my packaging and products. If your order arrives damaged, I will gladly send a replacement.

To request a replacement for a damaged item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, a replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they have shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
